For serving:
  • sliced chili pepper
  • sliced green onion
  1. Cut the salmon into cubes. In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
  2. Heat a pan, add the oil, and sear the salmon for about a minute on each side until browned. Remove to a plate.
  3. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for about a minute until it slightly thickens. Add the salmon cubes and cook for another minute, basting with the sauce using a spoon.
  4. Garnish with chili pepper and green onion and serve immediately, preferably on a bed of white rice or mashed potatoes.
