Commenting on Tuesday's announcement for the initial stage for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trial being on March 17, Blue & White Chairman Benny Gantz said that "as former IDF chief of staff, I know the primer must dedicate all of his time to the most important matters of the state, tonight is a sad day for the state of Israel and its citizens."
"On March 17, the trial begins and his [Netanyahu's] mandate is over," he added.
