The man killed in the fire that destroyed four buses at a parking lot in Bat Yam was a Sudanese foreign national. Tel Aviv District Commander Haim Sargrof said police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. According to him, the victim was not on the first bus that caught fire, suggesting he was not the intended target.
