The United Emirates Director of Strategic Communications at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hend Al Otaiba, tweeted in Hebrew about the opinion piece written by UAE Ambassador to Washington, Yousef Al Otaiba, and published exclusively by Ynet on Friday morning.
"We face too many shared dangers and see the huge potential for better relations," wrote Al Otaiba on her Twitter account.
"In the UAE and in much of the Arab world, we would like to believe that Israel is an opportunity, not an enemy. Israel's decision to annex will be an unmistakable sign - whether it sees things in the same way."
