The court found that Ben David would correspond with his female employees on work issues, first complimenting them on their work and then later sending more aggressive and sexual messages.
He would then rape his victims and humiliate and abuse them if met with refusal or objection.
The court also found that Ben David used the fact that his victims were ultra-Orthodox, threatening to tell their families that they had initiated all sexual contact.

He would also tell his victims that he had enough money and legal backing behind him to escape any allegations unscathed.
"The defendant planned his actions in advance, step by step," the verdict said.
"Ben David abused his authority to terrorize his victims, some of whom were married and mothers, subdue them and force them into actions they never imagined could be done by a non-spouse, utilizing their ultra-Orthodox background to silence them and sow fear," the court said.
"Despite his victims begging for mercy, the defendant ignored them completely and was only interested in his own lust."
