Rivlin: 'Government could still be formed; split is personal rather than political'

|Updated:
President Reuven Rivlin addressed on Sunday the last efforts of Blue and White leader Benny Gantz to form a government during a visit to the IDF's Gaza Division in southern Israel.
"I believe a government could still be formed", said Rivlin. "The disagreements are more personal, rather than logical, political or for the interest of the state".
"Israel's leaders need to understand that the citizens are the main priority".
