Horowitz: Don't know chances for minority gov't, but it's a legitimate option

Democratic Union leader, MK Nitzan Horowitz, met with President Reuven Rivlin on Tuesday.
"A minority government is, in my opinion, a legitimate option for a functioning government", said Horowitz following the meeting.
"A center-left government needs the support of the Arab parties. I don't know what the chances are, but it is important to note it is as legitimate as any other option", added the MK.
