President Reuven Rivlin chastised Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a Tuesday meeting for calling the Arab MKs a "threat".
“The remarks made about the Arab and ultra-Orthodox populations and about their representatives in the Knesset undermine the legitimacy of these parts of Israeli society, deepening the already existing divisions", said Rivlin.
"I ask everyone who cares about the State of Israel to stop these ugly statements.”
