Rivlin to inform Speaker that no candidate achieved in forming a government

President Reuven Rivlin will inform Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein on Thursday that, for the first time in Israel's history, no candidate was able to form a government.
The President will also announce the beginning of a 21-day period where 61 MKs could recommend any member to begin forming a government, given they accept.
