First reading of Knesset bill to dissolve and hold new elections passes with overwhelming majority

Knesset members on Wednesday voted 90 in favor with no opposition to dissolve the 22nd Knesset and head for new elections.
The members also voted on March 2, 2020, as the date for the new national ballot.
The vote now goes to committee and is expected to be tabled for final reading and vote later on Wednesday.
