French police have arrested one of the suspects who beat an Israeli student into unconsciousness on the Paris metro earlier this week, local the media reported Thursday citing a judicial source.
A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of racially motivated violence and placed in police custody Wednesday evening following Monday's attack.
According to Le Point magazine, the suspect already had a police record and was identified by reviewing surveillance camera footage.
