A 29-year-old Israeli citizen was arrested in the Romanian capital of Bucharest on Monday, after stabbing two local women with whom he had no prior acquaintance.
The Israeli, who is known to authorities in Romania and Israel, was taken for questioning.
According to reports in Romania, there was no danger to the lives of the two women who were stabbed and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
