Candidate for Likud party leadership, MK Gideon Sa'ar, criticized Wednesday the campaign of his rival Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing it as "extreme fake news – lies, denials, slander and even racism."
"We made a commitment for a fair and honorable campaign," said Sa'ar. "Sadly, Netanyahu has abstained from having a serious policy debate with me, deciding instead to run a negative and irrelevant campaign against me."
