The calm agreement in the Gaza Strip between Israel and Hamas will not include the return of the Israeli citizens held in the coastal enclave, a security official said on Wednesday.
The official stated that most of the agreement's steps are aligned with Israeli interests and are for the benefit of Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip.
However, the official says that there is no decision regarding the Israeli hostages held in Gaza or about opening sea routes to Gaza.
