Foreign Minister Israel Katz condemned on Wednesday Iran's alleged involvement in the riots and altercations outside the U.S. embassy in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.
"Israel supports the United States and vehemently condemns the attacks on the American embassy by those sent by the Ayatollah's regime in Iran," said Katz. "Iran has made a grave mistake in attempting to hurt American diplomats in Iraq. The international community has to take a stand against the crimes perpetrated by the murderous regime in Teheran."
