A special volunteer group on Wednesday said they are offering emergency help to anyone affected by extreme weather conditions across Israel.
The "Friends" organization can be reached via their Google play app - Yedidim - Siua badrachim (Friends - Road assistance), their emergency number, 053-3131310, or through their Facebook page.
