Report: U.S. and Iraqi officials say anti-aircraft missile brought down Ukrainian airliner

The deadly crash of one of Ukranian airliners in Iran was caused by an anti-aircraft missile, said a senior U.S. intelligence official and an Iraqi intelligence official according to a report in Newsweek Thursday.
The Ukrainian International Airlines Boeing 737-800 crashed on Wednesday, shortly after taking off from Tehran's Imam Khomeini airport, killing all 176 people on board.
