Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Russian President Vladimir Putin discuss the ongoing incarceration of an Israeli woman held on drug charges in Russia in a telephone conversation Thursday.
According to the Prime Minister's Office, the call was friendly and constructive and strengthened Netanyahu's optimism that this matter will soon be resolved.
