Qatar's Deputy Head of the Gaza Rehabilitation Committee, Khaled Haradan, entered the Gaza Strip on Tuesday in order to distribute the monthly Qatari grant to needy families in the enclave.
The granting will begin tomorrow despite Hamas' incendiary balloon attacks on Israel.
Earlier on Tuesday evening, the IDF shot and neutralized three terrorists who infiltrated the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory near Kibbutz Kissufim.
