Yaffa Issachar says 'no date' for Naama release but she's 'optimistic'

The mother of an Israeli woman jailed in Russia over drug offenses, said Russian President Vladimir Putin did not give her a date for a possible release of her daughter but she remains “optimistic.”
“He [Putin] is charming,” said Yaffa Issachar shortly after meeting the Russian leader in Jerusalem. “I did not expect to meet the president of a superpower. He promised he would bring the girl home."
