Moscow governor signs off on Issachar pardon

Moscow governor Andrey Yuryevich Vorobyov on Tuesday signed Naama Issachar's request for a pardon from her 7.5-year jail sentence on drug charges.
The pardon request can now go to the Kremlin for a final signature from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
