United Arab Emirates ambassador to the United States Yousef Al Otaiba praised on Tuesday a peace plan for the Middle East proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.
"The UAE believes that Palestinians and Israelis can achieve lasting peace and genuine coexistence with the support of the international community," said Al Otaiba.
The ambassador also said the UAE appreciates the United States' continued efforts to reach a peace agreement.
