The IDF announced Tuesday that an attempt to smuggle weapons to Hamas by sea was foiled by Israeli naval forces.
A vessel came under suspicion three months ago and was stopped by the naval force tasked with protecting Israel's military and civilian ports.
At the end of a pursuit, the Israeli forces found weapons destined for Hamas commando units in Gaza.
Two men on board were apprehended.
