Israeli passengers quarantined on a cruise ship off the coast of Japan say there is a lot of confusion as the personnel of the cruise line did not make the instructions clear to them.
"We do not understand the information the ship's crew are telling us and whether we’re supposed to stay in our cabin for 14 days," said Nicole Ben David, who is with her mother on the ship.
