PM says assailant in Jerusalem attack will be captured

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent his wishes for a speedy recovery to the soldiers injured in a car-ramming attack early Thursday in Jerusalem.
"It is just a matter of time before we catch the terrorist," Netanyahu said.
"We will not be defeated by terror, we will win," he added.
