Reports name the suspect arrested for the overnight car-ramming terror attack in Jerusalem as Khaled al-Tourman, 24, a flower shop owner from East Jerusalem’s A-Tur neighborhood.
In a Facebook post before the attack, he posted that he had "found his answers."
