Police on Monday announced they had closed three strip clubs in Tel Aviv under administrative orders.
The police worked in cooperation with the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, the intelligence head of the National Insurance Institute's investigative division, the Ministry of Health and the Tax Authority.
According to the police, "the activity was carried out in accordance with the instructions of the state attorney regarding enforcement policy in offenses relating to prostitution."
