The head of Mossad, Yossi Cohen, and GOC Southern Command-Major General Herzl Halevi visited the Gulf state of Qatar earlier this month, former Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman claimed Saturday.
Liberman revealed the details of the trip, despite censorship restrictions, saying the two had asked Qatar to continue funding humanitarian projects in the Gaza Strip, a commitment which the Gulf country says it will end at the end of March.
