Facebook deletes profiles aimed at affecting Arab voter turnout

Facebook removed seven fake profiles on Monday after they were found to be aimed at reducing voter turnout among the Arab population.
Facebook also deleted 30 other fake profiles from its social media platform in the week leading up to the elections, after they too were seen as trying to influence turnout.
