Voter turnout in Israel election remains high by 2pm

Almost 2.5 million Israelis- 38.1% of eligible voters - had voted by 2pm in Monday's Knesset elections, marking seven-year high.
In the Sept. 2019 elections, 36.5% had voted by this hour and in April 2019, 35.8% had voted.
