With small number of votes counted, Likud and Blue & White at near tie

After a very small partial count of the votes in Israel's Monday election, Likud and Blue & White are near neck and neck with 29.6% and 29% of the vote respectively.
Yamina is on 11.5%. Labor and its allies on 8.7%, Shas on 6.3%, Yisrael Beytenu on 5.4%, United Torah Judaism on 4.8% and Joint List on 3.3% of the vote.
