With 97.3% of the votes counted in Monday's elections, the right-wing bloc has won 59 seats in total in the next Knesset, the Central Elections Committee reported Wednesday.
The bloc is two seats short of gaining a majority in the 120-strong Knesset needed to form a coalition government.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's ruling Likud party won 36 seats in the 23rd Knesset, Blue & White 32, Joint List 15, Shas 10, United Torah Judaism 7, Yisrael Beytenu 7, Labor-Gesher-Meretz 7 and Yamina with six seats.
So far, 183,219 of the absentee votes cast this election have been tallied.
