Civil Service Commissioner bars all state employees from traveling abroad for business

Civil Service Commissioner Daniel Hershkowitz on Wednesday instructed all government ministries to prohibit all civil servants from traveling abroad on work trips, including travel already approved.
The commissioner also called on civil servants to also avoid private travel.
