Histadrut labor union threatens general strike over coronavirus

Ynet|
The Histadrut labor union threatened a general strike unless the government provides an economic aid package for workers in quarantine and businesses hurt by the spread of the coronavirus, according to a statement on Thursday.
Israel's largest labor union is demanding that employees who are forced into home quarantine be given sick pay from the first day of their confinement, rather than the third. It was also seeking government compensation for businesses affected by the outbreak.
