PM slams Maccabi Tal Aviv basketball team for breaking quarantine

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slammed Maccabi Tel Aviv's basketball team on Thursday after the players, who recently traveled all across Europe for games, ignored Health Ministry directives and played a match although the players are supposed to be in quarantine.
"I condemn the fact Maccabi Tel Aviv ignored the quarantine instructions," said Netanyahu. "We are putting many civilians in contagion risk this way."
The team returned from Spain less than two weeks ago, a country that was added yesterday to the Health Ministry's list of countries, from which returning travelers are required to enter a two-week self-quarantine.
