Cabinet ministers on Monday argued as to the necessity of new measures to contain the spread of coronavirus.
The government debated the extension of quarantine requirements for all arrivals into the country.
The decision was postponed after ministers holding economic portfolios opposed the proposed move.
On Sunday Prime Minister Netanyahu said he will announce the government's decision within a day.
