Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that he offered Blue & White leader Benny Gantz a chance to form an emergency unity government with a possibility of rotation.
Netanyahu said a unity government would see him rule as a premier for the first two years with Gantz replacing him for the final two.
