Tul Karem on lockdown after new coronavirus case discovered

The mayor of Tul Karem has placed the West Bank city on full lockdown after a second resident was diagnosed with coronavirus.
The newly diagnosed man recently returned from a trip to Poland.
There are currently 39 cases of the virus in the Palestinian Authority.
