Israeli Employment Service Director-General Rami Garor told Ynet on Friday that if the economic upheaval caused by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus continues, "we may have a million unemployed people on our hands, a quarter of the workforce."
Over 450 thousand people have registered at the Employment Service since the beginning of March.
