President Reuven Rivlin on Tuesday expressed his condolences to the families of Israel's three coronavirus victims, two of whom succumbed to the virus within hours of each other earlier in the day.
"At this difficult time, my heart is with the families dealing with the loss of their loved ones from this terrible virus, and with a distant, terrible parting," the president said on Twitter.
"I am full of thanks and admiration for the medical staff helping the sick and their families. Guardian angels."
