Vatican: Broadcast Holy Sepulcher's Easter sermon

Vatican's representative in Israel, the Custody of the Holy Land, appealed to Attorney General Avicahi Mandelblit in a request to allow to hold an Easter sermon at the Holy Sepulcher Church that will be broadcast to Christian followers worldwide.
The Jerusalem church was closed for visitors earlier this month due to the continued spread of coronavirus.
"It is inconceivable that it will not be possible at this time to broadcast the event to the hundreds of millions of believers who are confined to their homes," read the appeal.
"The sermon should be allowed in a very limited format of no more than ten clerics and camera crew, who will deliver the sermon live to the Christian world."
