Likud and Blue & White said in a joint statement Friday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Benny Gantz have made progress in talks on forming an emergency government.
The statement said that the two party leaders had reached certain understandings during their meeting and have instructed their respective negotiating teams to make every effort to reach an agreement on a coalition government.
