Israel will receive a shipment of medical equipment from Turkey sometime next week after Turkish officials had authorized the sale, The Bloomberg News website reported Saturday.
The equipment apparently includes surgical masks, hazmat suits and sterile gloves. Ankara, however, demanded Israel transfers some of the supplies to the Palestinian Authority as part of the deal.
