|
Health Minister Yaakov Litzman said that signaling out the ultra-Orthodox community during measures to fight the coronavirus is wrong and disparaging of an entire sector of the population.
Litzman opposed the cabinet decision to impose travel restrictions on predominately ultra-Orthodox communities in Jerusalem as of noon Sunday.
Many Haredi areas have a disproportionate number of confirmed cases.
