The Lebanese newspaper "Al-Akhbar" reported Tuesday that a German mediator, who was involved in the Gilad Shalit deal, is now mediating between Israel and the terror group on a new prisoner exchange deal.
According to the report, the terrorist organization sent him a list of 250 prisoners it wants released from Israeli prisoners. In exchange, Hamas vows to free two Israeli citizens held in Gaza as well as provide information on two IDF soldiers presumed killed in the 2014 war.
