Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas called on the Palestinian government to ease the restrictions imposed by to combat the coronavirus in a gradual and calculated way.
Abbas said this in a video call at the opening of the Palestinian cabinet meeting in Ramallah.
The Palestinian Authority closed all border crossings into the West Bank over a month ago. At least 314
confirmed patients were diagnosed in the West Bank and at least 15 in the Gaza Strip.
