Likud submitted to the High Court its response on Tuesday to a number of petitions filed against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu forming a government with Blue & White while under criminal indictments.
Likud demanded to dismiss the petition outright, arguing that "this honorable court does not interfere with the discretion of the president, the Knesset members and the Knesset in the constitutional process of establishing the government - the executive branch of the state - whose purpose is to fulfill the will of the people as expressed in the Knesset elections."
