A forum of 15 independent cities calls on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to reopen the schools on Sunday due to "irregularities in government directives."
"As our municipalities are the ones who must actually implement the government's decision, we want to make it clear that in the current circumstances and given that no clear and practical guidelines have been adopted, we believe that the timing of the government decision will not allow its safe and proper implementation," the forum said.
