Intern doctors protest rough work conditions

Intern physicians protested at Petah Tikva's Rabin Medical Center and at Samson Assuta Ashdod University Hospital against their current work conditions, which include 26-hour-long shifts.
The demanded to continue work in a format of 12-hour-long shift.
Interns are expected to continue protests in the coming days which will reach their peak on Saturday with a mass demonstration at Habima Square in Tel Aviv.
