The prosecutor's office filed charges against Zahir Arafat (43), a resident of Gaza who held a permit to enter Israel, for offenses against state security.
The indictment states that Arafat had contacted Hamas activists in Gaza, and with a security prisoner held in the Ktzi'ot prison.
Arafat is accused of using his permit to transfer approximately NIS 100,000 from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank for Hamas sponsored terror activities.
